I had to take our dog for an emergency visit for a dog bite and hurt leg and they squeezed us in. I didn't mind the wait either. They took good care of him and checked him over. Barely has to shave him to treat his wound. They treated him and we went home. I didnt expect a follow up text the next day but they sent a text checking in on him and I really appreciate that. It shows they care about the animals they treat. I could have drove to an emergency facility but I would rather go where I know our pets are valued and treated great. Thank you Janssen veterinary for loving our gizmo.

I have been bringing our dogs to Janssen Vet Clinic for over 14 years. Our first dog, Blue came down with arthritis at 7 years old. We did various treatments, which would work for awhile and then we would try something else. She battled arthritis for about 5 years. The vets and the staff all knew her, and the day we had to end her suffering, there was not a dry eye in the house. All of our dogs have been treated with so much compassion and dignity, which is why I give 5 stars to Janssen Vet Clinic. The other reason is that we rescued a very shy/scared dog, and it has been a challenge taking her to vet appointments. Janssen Vet has worked with us, to help her feel most comfortable at their office. Last week, at 4 years old now, she had the best vet visit ever. I am so thankful they have been patient and compassionate and have helped my shy dog start to come out of her shell. I would like to thank the veterinarians and the vet techs, who do such a good job at every visit.

After moving back to Indiana a few years ago, one of our dogs cracked a tooth which led to us scrambling to find a vet. Janssen was the only non-emergency vet that made an effort to work us into their schedule and take care of our beautiful girl, Indy. They became our family vet from that day forward for both of our dogs. Over the last month, we had a lot of ups and downs with our other pup, Echo. They made time to see him same-day on several occasions. Without going into too much detail, the issue at hand was something that we could not fix and we had to make a tough decision. Dr. Jake was compassionate when discussing options and giving advice in one of the hardest moments we have faced. Yesterday, our sweet boy went to sleep for the last time. They were patient in that moment and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. We will be forever grateful to Janssen and we are so happy that we found them.
